Samantha A. Moss is a dedicated medical malpractice attorney who passionately advocates for patients and their families. She joined Kelner and Kelner in 2022 after graduating cum laude from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2016. Prior to becoming an attorney, Samantha served our country in the United States Army National Guard.

Samantha has experience in a variety of malpractice matters including surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, emergency room errors, delayed treatment of infections, and labor and delivery errors. She advocates for the firm’s clients at all stages of litigation.
