David S. Sasser joined Kelner and Kelner in 2024. He spent the first decade of his career as an insurance defense attorney, where he learned firsthand how defendants seek to avoid liability for injuries they cause. He is now happy to bring that knowledge to bear to fight on the side of plaintiffs. David has experience in a wide variety of general liability matters, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, construction site accidents, wrongful death, products liability, toxic tort, and premises liability. Prior to joining Kelner and Kelner, he successfully litigated multiple appeals, including winning reversal of a trial court decision denying his client summary judgment in a catastrophic construction site accident matter worth millions in damages.
